Cake Circle ?

Postby mikey on Mon May 04, 2009 3:46 pm

Has any other residents recently recieved a leaflet saying, your home is
in a "cake" circle and you'll soon be getting a call, please accept our
cake, and visit our website for more info.

We've just had 3, rather strange person's, come a-knocking on the door
trying to force us to accept, a big fat cake, with cherries on top.

I declined, as i don't eat cake, and me Ma always told to me, never accept
sweets from strangers. And these were Strange.

Anyone know what their purpose is ? or visited their website.

Rod, there web address is - www.penkiln-burn.com

They put notices up on lamposts etc, in certain area's which read
"the adjacent property has a cake circle running through it"
visit the website and click on, bake a cake ?

I visited there site, but didn't open any of the box's, some of
the content seemed odd, to say the least.
