We get this all the bloody time on Market Street. You will be sat there or a sleep in bed next thing a blast of Blue and loud. I can understand if the lights are on Red but I have seen these buggers when Green is on show.

You need to send an email (snotty the better) to St Helens MBC highlighting the daft, pointless time wasting day the workmen have completed.

With an email there is a paper trial and the council cannot ignore it.
